Council Engagement Programme

UK’s Premier EV Show

An Invitation-Only Platform Connecting Councils, Local Authorities, and Industry Stakeholders Across Two Days

The Council Engagement Programme at London EV Show 2026 is an invitation-only forum bringing together councils, local authorities, and industry leaders to advance zero-emission transport and sustainable mobility across the UK.

Held across both show days (18–19 November), 14:00–16:30, in a dedicated networking space, the Programme provides an informal environment for meaningful discussions and collaboration on EV infrastructure, fleet electrification, urban mobility, transport decarbonisation, and public-private partnerships. The Programme runs under Chatham House Rule, allowing participants to speak openly and share honest insights without attribution outside the room.
